Self-care checklist

If you're like me, sometimes you might need a reminder of how to take care of yourself. This printable features a list of self-care tasks, like "have you been drinking enough water?" and "have you taken a moment  to just breathe?"

Print this poster, hang it on your bedroom wall or frame it at your desk, and read it to check in with yourself on whether you've been taking care of yourself properly today.  You can also print out the black and white version and slip it into your journal or planner to use as a daily checklist, crossing off each self-care task as you complete it. The PDF files are great for quick printing, but the PNG files can be used digitally as well--maybe make it your phone lock screen so that every time you reach for social  media you'll be reminded to look after yourself too.

The black and white version is free for everyone. Members at the $5 level or higher can download a .zip file that also includes a color version, featuring white text on a purple, pink, and blue watercolor-style background. There's also a transparent PNG so you can layer the text over whatever image inspires you! If you're not a member, you can also buy the printable on Etsy to get all color variations.

Take care. Today have you... Taken your meds? Had enough to eat? Been drinking enough water? Gotten enough sleep? Looked after your hygiene? Put on clothes you feel good in? Paid attention to how you feel? Done something you enjoy? Gone outside for some fresh air? Taken a moment to just breathe? Recognized your accomplishments? Expressed gratitude? Tidied up your space? Prepared for tomorrow?
