"Wise Mind" sunrise poster

It's been quite a while, and now I'm back with a printable that I basically made in the space of one day, a few months ago. This one is about DBT! It's my first successful experiment with a typography poster in Inkscape. The background was made in Krita using watercolor brushes in layers of pinks and oranges and the typography was done with Inkscape.

The download is only available for members at certain tiers. If you want to buy this printable by itself, you can also check out the Etsy listing.

A nice gentle reminder for those of us doing Dialectical Behavior Therapy to check what your Wise Mind is saying. You can print it out to  hang up as wall art, maybe somewhere you'll see it when you're getting  ready in the morning, or slip it into your planner or school binder. You could use it as a digital wallpaper, too! Anywhere you need that little  reminder throughout your day. The watercolor background is inspired by  the colors of sunrise, to help you remember to start your day with a  clear head.

("Wise mind" is a term coined by Marsha Linehan from Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It refers to the state where your  emotional thinking and rational thinking are in balance.)

As a little bonus, there's also an outline-only version of the text. You can  print it out to color in yourself, or you can use any graphics editor to layer it over your favorite image. I highly recommend doodling around  the outside, too!

I hope you use your wise mind today. c:
